              Customer Support Executive


Job Description:
- The main objective of the role is to resolve queries related to Finance and Accounts (F&A) by handling inbound calls and emails coming from internal customers and also Ernst & Young vendors.

Your Client Responsibilities:

- CSR is expected to provide call/email support for time and expense, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, engagement maintenance and reporting 
- CSR is expected to co-ordinate with all the departments and resolve the customer query

- Provide feedback and share best practice across different departments

Desired Profile:

- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)

- Flair for Customer Service

- Willingness to work in shift

- Analytical frame of mind
