- Managing end to end volumne hiring

- Searching Candidates as per the requirement.

- Generating References from data base.

- Building network of potential candidates.

- Co-ordinating with Candidates and Internal Stakeholders.

- Scheduling Interviews.

- Follow ups (Pre/Post Joining)

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to conduct mass presentations and events.

- Willingness to perform and work in all conditions.

- Self motivated /Target-oriented.

- Quick decision maker.

- Excellent interview skills

Desired Profile:

- Candidate need to carry a copy of CV, passport size photo and Govt issued photo ID proof to enter Genpact premises.
